At WeTwo, we believe you should have complete control over your personal privacy and financial data. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, you can do so directly from within the WeTwo mobile app or by submitting a web-based request.

How to Delete Your Account In-App

The easiest and fastest way to delete your data is directly within the WeTwo app. Simply follow these steps:

  1. Open the WeTwo app and make sure you are signed in.
  2. Navigate to the Settings screen (accessible via your profile icon in the top right corner).
  3. Scroll down and tap on Account Details or similar settings where Account Deletion is housed.
  4. Tap on Delete Account.
  5. Read the warning carefully, confirm your decision, and proceed with the deletion.

Once requested via the app, your personal data will be scheduled for permanent and irreversible removal from our servers. Please note that it may take up to 30 days for this process to complete fully.

Web-Based Deletion Request

If you no longer have access to the app or have already uninstalled it, you can request an account and data deletion by sending us an email. This satisfies our commitment to your "Right to be Forgotten" without requiring the app to be installed.

Please send an email to our support team at team@wetwo.tech with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Ensure you send the email from the same registered email address associated with your WeTwo account so we can verify your identity.
